Joining
Does joining cost anything?
No. Joining Grow Connect is free. What you earn with your LIVE stays yours.
Do I need a lot of followers?
No. We work with beginners and with established creators. You do need to be 18 or older and live in the Netherlands.
I live in Belgium. Can I sign up?
Yes, feel free to sign up. We will take on creators from Belgium as soon as TikTok adds Belgium to our agency. You will be the first to know.
How do I officially join Grow Connect?
Through TikTok itself. Open our sign-up link and confirm in the TikTok app. Your sign-up then reaches us straight away. After the intro call we send you the official invitation and you accept it with one tap.
What is an invitation code?
A six-character code that you find in the TikTok app. It lets us invite you even faster. Don't have it to hand? No problem: your TikTok username is enough and your manager will show you where to find it during the intro call.
Agreements
Am I tied to anything?
You can always stop. We make clear agreements up front, so you know where you stand.
I am already with another agency. Can I switch?
Switching is possible under TikTok's rules, once your current agreement has ended. We do not approach creators from other agencies.
How does Grow Connect make money?
TikTok rewards agencies for supporting creators. That does not come out of what you earn.
Privacy
What do you do with my data?
We only use your data to contact you, invite you and support you. It is stored on our own server in the Netherlands and we never sell it. Everything is explained in the privacy policy.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. Send an email to info@growconnect.nl and we will delete your data within 30 days.
