These terms apply to the use of our website and the creator portal. Short, in plain language. Last updated on 3 November 2026.
Who are we?
Grow Connect, Laan van Waalhaven 285, 2497 GL The Hague, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce no. 89042328, VAT NL864860146B01. We are an independent LIVE agency for TikTok creators and not part of TikTok.
What do these terms cover?
- The website growconnect.nl, including the sign-up and contact forms.
- The creator portal at app.growconnect.nl, where creators see their own statistics, schedule and manager.
- The connection with your TikTok account in the creator portal, if you choose to turn it on.
Joining our agency happens through TikTok LIVE Backstage. TikTok’s own terms and rules also apply to that. Any personal arrangements with your manager are recorded separately.
Free of charge
Joining, coaching and the creator portal are free for creators. What you earn with your LIVE stays yours. TikTok rewards agencies separately; this is not deducted from your earnings.
Your account in the creator portal
- Your account is personal. Do not share your password and preferably turn on two-step verification.
- You may only use the portal for your own data and for its intended purpose. Do not try to access other people’s data.
- In case of misuse, or when we stop working together, we may end your access to the portal.
Connecting your TikTok account
In the creator portal you can connect your TikTok account yourself. This is optional. You then give permission through TikTok to pass your data archive to us. From it, we only keep your LIVE history and delete everything else straight away. You can stop the connection at any time in the portal or in the TikTok app, and choose whether we erase your retrieved LIVE data immediately. More information is in the privacy policy.
Statistics and advice
The statistics in the portal come from TikTok LIVE Backstage and, if you connected your account, from your TikTok archive. We do our best to keep them accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee this. For rewards and payouts, TikTok’s own calculation always applies. Our coaching and advice are meant to help you grow; we cannot promise results.
TikTok’s rules
As a creator with us, you follow TikTok’s Community Guidelines and LIVE rules. Violations can have consequences for you and for the agency. In case of serious or repeated violations, we may end our cooperation.
Stopping
You can stop at any time. Would you also like us to delete your account and data? Send an email to info@growconnect.nl; we delete them within 30 days, except for what we are legally required to keep.
Content and brand
The texts, logo and design of this website and the portal belong to Grow Connect. Your content on TikTok remains yours; we only use it with your permission.
Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website or the portal, or from them being temporarily unavailable, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on our part. We are not responsible for TikTok’s decisions about your account, your LIVE or your rewards.
Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated; we will let you know about major changes. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Questions? Email info@growconnect.nl.
