Who are we?

Which data do we process?
- Sign-up form: first name, last name, TikTok username, email address, phone number, country, your niche, how often you go LIVE, your invitation code (if you fill it in) and how you found us.
- Contact form: name, email address, whether you are a creator or a brand, and your message.
- If you are a creator with us: the data TikTok makes available to agencies in LIVE Backstage, such as your LIVE hours, LIVE days and diamonds. We use it to coach you.
- If you connect your TikTok account yourself (optional, in our creator portal): your LIVE history from the data archive TikTok passes to us at your request: per stream the date, duration, title, viewers, gifters, likes and earnings. TikTok delivers the whole archive; we delete every other part (such as messages, profile and viewing history) straight away, without looking at it or keeping it.
What do we use it for?
- To contact you about your sign-up or your question.
- To officially invite you to our agency through TikTok LIVE Backstage. For this we use your TikTok username and, if provided, your invitation code.
- To support you as a creator: coaching, planning, events and battles.
We do this because you ask us to (a sign-up or a message) and to carry out our agreements with you. We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
How long do we keep it?
- Sign-ups that do not lead to a collaboration: no more than 12 months.
- Contact messages: no more than 12 months after the last contact.
- Creators we work with: for as long as we work together, and no more than 2 years after that. Data we are legally required to keep longer (such as financial records) is kept for 7 years.
- Retrieved LIVE history: as long as your account is connected or we work together. If you disconnect and tick "also delete", we erase it immediately.
Who do we share it with?
- TransIP (the Netherlands): the server that runs our website and forms.
- Microsoft 365: our email. Sign-ups and messages arrive in our mailbox.
- TikTok: when we invite you, your TikTok username goes to TikTok through LIVE Backstage. What TikTok itself does with your data is covered by TikTok's privacy policy. if you connect your account, our server retrieves your archive through TikTok's official Data Portability API. You can stop the connection at any time in the portal or in the TikTok app.
We have agreements with these parties about the security of your data. We never give your data to anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images come from our own server, so your visit is not shared with other parties.
Security
The website only works over a secure connection (https). Form data is stored on our own server in the Netherlands, which only our team can access. We make a secure backup every day.
Your rights
You can always view, correct or delete your data. You can also object, have the processing restricted or request your data to take elsewhere. Send an email to info@growconnect.nl; we reply within 30 days. We may ask you to show that the data is yours.
Not happy with how we handle your data? Let us know. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
